This is ME

about MYSELF
on my OWN
       BOOK
When I was a kid, whenever adults asked me “What do you want to be when you grow up?” I always pictured myself wearing a white apron, with gloves, being a scientist or doctor. While I was thinking about that, I was sitting at a table covered in drawings, plasticine, a bunch of crayons, and watching Joseph Kahn. Nothing consistent, right? My life went on, I graduated as a biotechnologist, worked a little, and wrote some things until I discovered that advertising was not just TV or radio commercials, but much more than that. At that moment, I stopped being a scientist by day and a creative just by night, to do my best in my first book and try to get into an agency. It was hard, but after several attempts, the industry gave this self-taught publicist a chance.
I have had the opportunity to work with talented creatives in great agencies in Chile such as MEAT Group, VMLY&R (after Y&R and before VML), the legend Porta, and one of the best independent agencies in the country, La Familia.
Okay, what else? I look extremely serious, but my inner world is more like this. I'm a huge lover of Dragon Ball Z, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Power Rangers (Mighty Morphin, of course). I deeply dislike sushi, I'm allergic to chocolate, and I don't drink alcohol (I don't smoke either). Instead, I prefer a big lasagna, Chinese food, and soda, I love soda... and yes, I eat chocolate anyway. I'm a music fan by the way, so if you like to steal songs from playlists, here you have good reasons to keep doing it.
