Restaurant operators have seen ingredient prices rise. As a result, many have cut costs by switching to cheaper brands, for example, replacing Philadelphia’s signature flavor and texture with inferior cream cheeses.

They think Philly isn’t worth it, but we’re about to prove them wrong.
